Muhammad Ali Autographs-Frank Garo Authenication

 On Ebay there are 4 items supposely signed  items by Muhammad Ali , one of the items is a hand drawn art sketch.Another picture of 3 Astronauts also signed Muhammad Ali Aka Cassius Clay.I talked to the lister and he told me that these were from the Ali family and they  instructed  him to use Frank Garo as the authenicator. Now to all of you,what is the credibilty of Mr. Garo to give a accurate authenication on a Muhammad Ali autograph ?

Garo isn't any better than Christopher Morales, AAU/Drew Max or Global.
