FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR T.T.M. OR S.A.S.E. BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHS YOU HAVE RECEIVED PAST OR PERESENT

Hello Fans...I figured I would throw this out there for strictly baseball collectors who seek to get autographs through the mail the old fashion way...directly from the player...I have received probably over 100 autos but stopped maybe 4 or 5 years ago when I lost my contact list...but recently started it up again and since then received a few autos through the mail since the end of July...it is now currently (August 2011) so now I am hooked once again...please feel free to add pictures and comments about the autographs you received from BASEBALL PLAYERS with a simple envelope and stamp and not something you have received through the mail from a winning auction...

Feel free to include autos you got for free and also Players that sent back a request for money as that also happens from time to time or even if they wrote you back which is also an added bonus and a rare treat...

LET ME KNOW...

HAPPY COLLECTING !!!!

First return of 2013 was a fairly quick turnaround from Whitey Ford. He added his #16 which I don't see too often. Unfortunately he kept my freakin' card I wanted back signed as well. If anyone knows the year/type of card this is please let me know, as I want to get another one. (Had it displayed next to a Ford signed ball)

Wow just looked it up and it was a 1953 Topps that goes for more than I want to pay for a card on eBay. I wonder if I should send him a letter requesting it back?

You might want too!! Still A great success!! Send him a request to have the card back!!

Whitey's signature looks so good on 8x10's and cards. Nice pickup.

53 Topps are pretty expensive, even ungraded. 52 commons are $40+ ungraded.

Definitely write him a letter. Best case scenario, maybe he sends your card back with a free auto for your trouble.
Yeah I'm going to write him a letter. Worst case maybe he'll send me a different card back signed. Surely he has that card in his collection and didn't mean to keep it!

LOOKS GOOD BRO...AS YOU ALREADY KNOW ITS A 1953...I HAVE A REQUEST I NEED TO SEND TO HIM THAT I HAVE IN THE ENVELOPE FOR LIKE 5 MONTHS...I GOT TO GET THAT DAMN THING OUT TO HIM ALREADY...I USED TO WRITE TO HIM ONCE A WEEK ON PAID REQUESTS...HES GOOD...COOL 16 TO...VERY SWEET...

Whitey Ford signed check showing up in my bank statement:
