I know it's shocking.  I think this was on ebay, right?  It's so upsetting.  These guys are so brazen they don't even seem to try.

Hi Karen, you a real cringer :( Not sure if this is\was on eBay, it was brought to my attention on a site called ioffer and the same seller has a host of other golf "autographs" that would make excellent fuel for our cold winter nights at present. I'm sure they would burn really well :)

You are so right - I simply can't get my head around people who list such obviously BAD signatures. "Brazen" is, indeed, the word. Best wishes, David.

I just made a new ebay name called "stopforgeries" with the intention of writing sellers and asking them where they got their autographs when the autographs are really bad.  I've only done it once so far.  The guy said he bought a bunch of autographs from someone who said they got them from an estate sale.  I educated him on the forgery world and he actually took them down.  The ones who are guilty of forgery argue with you.  The ones who are innocent don't get defensive I've found.  I'm not making it my mission in life to stop forgers on ebay but when I see things so obviously forged I can't help but say something.  When they see my ebay name it's pretty obvious why I'm writing.
