Hi Ive been trying to learn what is authentic and what is not when it comes to a genuine MJ autograph. So many different opinions also. I kind of think there are so many of his autographs out there that it can be confusing. You try to compare what has been sold at reputable companies and sometimes I think some are questionable even then. How come some of his signings seem so smooth and flowing and some very sloppy, both of which are deemed genuine by many sources.

Can you give me an opinion of this?

Charlotte,

Signature speed I think is dependant on the time at which it is signed.  I mean when Michael was in a crowd, he could and would try to sign as many as he could but had to do it fast.  In private settings while seated, he could give you the best looking, slower signature.  The one you have given, I believe is authentic.  That is my opinion but again, I have collected for 3 years now so I have been 'learning' as I go.  I hope this helped.

Thank You. Do you think Michael would sign his name in a different style all in the same sitting. I was told thi was signed in 2006 in London outside his hotel. The inside of the album is signed also. Ive attached it here. It is similar but he added the loop on the J.
