Sorry, the upload kept freezing and I didnt do the edit correctly.

At any rate, this is my first post and I figured I'd go with the "classic" inquiry of whether not this Cobain is real.

Its a signed Lithium single booklet. The barcodes match up with the timeframe, but I'm still not sure.

I can upload more pics if need be, but this is the only one I have on my phone right now...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!

this two?

Did you buy those nirvana graphs John William?

Do you know who owns the nirvana cds?

John,

Are your Nirvanas authenticated? I'm not a leading authority on Nirvana but I'm not bad on Cobain and those don't look right to me.

I was just about to ask the same question.

The sets are rather peculiar john for any Nirvana collector to buy regardless of the Coa,  we know hard difficult these items are to authenticate.  The Chad channing is real because it's been signed years after.

John, out of curiosity, what exactly is the provenance?

So the provenance is not that the autograph looks good- it doesn't, by the way. The provenance is that the person you got it from says he found a guy who says he was there. You understand that really isn't provenance? I am very very very concerned about what I am hearing about how these are being authenticated and the behind the scenes private sales that are occurring for what must be 7-8 Nirvana items that are, in my opinion and the opinion of major Nirvana collectors aren't authentic. And they are coming from one place. And being sold for less than value in some cases. There is a long history here of things that I am personally not comfortable with and the autograph community should not be comfortable with. Would any in person collector from the Pacific Northwest be able to produce one of these "A. Dan B. Chad" autographs? Ive seen them come from one place. Id like to know more.

Also- Im seeing items that are failing TPA being sold and that information not being shared with collectors. Im seeing what I call authenticator shopping. I'm seeing an item being dumped on ebay after it fails a TPA and sold for pricing way less than value- this isn't $3000 we are talking about, this is A LOT of money, and Im just curious as to where these Nirvana autographs that are failing TPA but being sold privately are coming from.
