It's close, but there are too many things that are off if compared to known authentic signatures. I compared it to the several ones I have on Certified Autograph inserts from 2009-2012. The loops on the "M" (in Moreno- which is the M on top of the K and a line) are going the wrong way, and I don't like the loop that ends the signature. Plus I've never seen him sign a "7" anywhere near like the one in your photo.

Unfortunately, I certainly wouldn't buy this one. Nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
