Try going to a local comic book convention and/event or expo near you; they usually have retired wrestlers there.  I recommend going to the San Diego Comic Con (www.comic-con.org) or any of the Wizard World Conventions around the country (www.wizardworld.com).  American Icon Autographs (www.americaniconautographs.com) usually does private and public signings with wrestlers very often.  And they do mail orders.  The wrestlers charge differently, so you will have to see what their prices are.  By the way, Seattle has its own comic book convention; check it out!
