Is this 2Pac legit and a found needle in a haystack!?

Saw this on ebay today and thought it was fake as the price was only $500 and didn't come with any COA. However, my friend who is a big 2Pac collector and has quite a few authentic pieces thinks it's good. His friend purchased it. I'm wondering if this is an authentic 2Pac autograph now and if I blew it by passing?? Will never see an authentic 2Pac autograph again for $500 if so! This is also the first signed All Eyez On Me album I've ever seen that's legit if it is in fact legit. Any 2Pac experts out there and what are your opinions?? Thanks.

My friend who collects Pac’s reasons he thought this was good were that he said the “thanx 4 the” in the authenticated photo below was the same as on the signed cd. He also said that Pac started signing with hearts in the last year of his life as shown in the photos below and on the cd cover.

Lastly, he said that the A in the signed cd cover is the same as the A in the authenticated example below. After reviewing all of this stuff do you still believe it’s not authentic? I didn’t think it was off the bat but now he’s kind of talked me into it so I’m not sure!!!
