Got back my 1974 Topps Pat Corrales card autographed by Mr. Corrales himself in the mail today. He was a catcher for the Phillies, Cardinals, Reds, and Padres, and helped lead the 1970 Reds to the World Series. Is currently a coach for the Washington Nationals.

Today I received responses from child actor Mark Lester (Oliver) and classic actor Harry Morgan.

today was a great day for getting the mail. It was cold as all get up out there but i kneww today was the day for something. I have sent out a great number of emails as well as mailed request. I sent an email to lee greenwood's publicist on the 30th of november.i received an reply back from stating that lee no longer signs autographs and that if I wanted one i would have to join his fan club,.
His publisist went on to explain the reason for this was due to too many people selling his likeness and signature on ebay. so he felt it was batter this way. replyed back to him apologizing for the idiots that dont understand what they have worked so hard for. They give true collectors a bad name with the celebrities and many are now resorting to selling their signatures or not signing at all. I explained my situation to him as far as my disabilities and how I use collecting as a medicine to relieve the pain and allow me to spend quality time with my family where I cant do normal running and playing. I explained that i understood his disicion and thanked him for the support he has showed to our boys over seas , iserved myself for 9 years. he show his patriotism in every song. I received a response saying that he was forwarding my letter to lee and requested my address. Today I received a large envelope in hte mail from lee, it contained a great personalized color 8x10 and also his new christmas cd. I was absolutely thrilled. to this i have to say thanks lee and jerry his publicist. it made a great addition to my collection. I will honor his request to not list his address. the man did not have to sign for me but I hope that I have set things in motion for other collectors like us to get a great response as I did.

I got a surprise in the mail today from peter billingsley who played ralphie in the christmas story. He sent me an autographed picture from when he played in a Christmas Story. I got a big laugh from the picture!

I got an autograph from Liza Minnelli today in the mail. Less than a two week tournaround from the new york address.

Received Johnny O'Brien, former Pittsburgh Pirates infielder and pitcher, in the mail yesterday. Great signature from one of the most versital baseball players ever.

I got an autographed small picture from Jenniffer Gerais from the soap Bold and the Beautiful. It was unexpected because i got an autograph from her about a year or so ago.

In the past week I have recieved the following:

I figured that it was a long shot, but thought I'd give it a try anyway....and got Bobby Bowden in the mail yesterday on my 1990 Collegiate Collections card. Great signature from a great coach, just before his "retirement."

I got return to senders from sir robin gibb and harry anderson and the addresses were in the december autograph issue.

I got a letter autographed to me but was meant to for my daughter from taylor swift. I do not remember the address or when i sent it out but came from a nashville postmark.

*Liv Ullman, signed the photos that I sent to the theater where she is directing Cate Blanchett in Streetcar Named Desire in Brooklyn.

+Cate Blanchett signed Playbill from Streetcar, from when she was performing at The Kennedy Center in DC last month.

*Marion Cotillard. I received a beautiful 8x10 color signed photo of Ms. Cotiallard from a fellow autograph collector whom I've never had the pleasure of meeting. We are Internet friends and share the same passion for autographs. This awesome photo was accompanied by a PSA/DNA Certificate of Authenticity, along with their Certification Number. I continue to be overwhelmed by such a thoughtful and completely unexpected act of kindness. Yes Virginia, there really is a Santa Claus!

I got a reply from fred dryer wanting money for autographs. It was 30 bucks for the first card and 25 bucks for the second one and their after. Has any one ever got his autograph before?

Received a response today from Tony Curtis. He signed my photos, including one that Sidney Poitier had already signed for me! Kick ass success!

Yesterday, day after Chirstmas, I got Dick Groat, 1960 National League MVP and World Series champion with the Pittsburgh Pirates, in the mail. Great, clean signature.

Today, I received my custom postcards signed by current Kansas City Chief Corey Mays. Took 37 days through Arrowhead Stadium address.

To Robert Babb.... I received autographs throught the mail from Fred Dryer in April of 2007. It only took 7 days to get a response. There was no charge at that time. I sent a couple football cards.

Hi All - and Happy New Year as we see the start of a New Decade. May it bring everyone good health (and a bottle of Jack Daniels doesn't hurt either so long as you have a designated driver!). Speaking of Designations does anyone have the address for Patrick Stewart and know how he is at signing? I have a piece with him and Jonathan Frakes who I had sign at a show. Of course, I am always squemish about sending one that is already signed but I don't think the recently Knighted Stewart is going to be in Mass., in the near future.
