No ttm success to report, although I did recieve a couple of Listia auctions in the mail. One is a signed TNAutographs card of Rhino from the 2008 set. The other is a book called Imbalance it is signed by, author, Christine McGuigan!

I got an autograph in person today from my dentist steve hollar who played in the movie hoosiers as the character of rade. The address for emily rose is forward entertainment 9255 sunset blvd. suite 805 los angeles ca. 90069. I got a return back within 3 weeks good luck all!

Got an awesome mail response today. I got 3 autographs of former University of Georgia and Philadelphia Eagles great, Theron Sapp. Theron was a fantastic fullback for Georgia from 1956-1958, and was a key member of the Philadelphia Eagles 1960 NFL championship team. He signed for me the 1989 University of Georgia Collegiate Collections card I sent him, and also sent back an autographed picture of the famous game-winning touchdown he scored in the Georgia Tech game of 1957 that broke a string of 8 straight losses to the Yellow Jackets, as well as an autographed photcopy of a first day cover from 1969, featuring him and celebrating the 100th year of college football. What a classy guy! Thank you so much, Mr. Sapp, for all the extras.

No ttms again today, but I did get my order form Ring of Honor. I took advantage of thier 50% off Black Friday sale and picked up some nice signed 8x10s. I bought pics of Japanese stars Naruki Doi, Cima, and Ryo Saito. I also picked up an 8x10 signed by The Midnight Express, "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton and "Loverboy" Dennis Condrey along with thier manager Jim Cornette. These guys were one of my favorite tag teams in the 80s and I was able to get this pic for $7.50! 3 signatures of wrestling greats for less than $8! Awesome!

I recieved a nice lot of 6 signed cards from maxranger. This lot also included a signed index card from the Lone Ranger Clayton Moore. I'll re-list this one as it is personalized to Wayne . The other cards in the lot were nice.

Now the disappointment. I bid on an auction described a s a "Joe Smith Autographed Edition 1995" basketball card. The picture was shot at an angle that made the card look like it had been signed in black sharpie. It had a list price of 100 credits for it and I won it for 204. I recieved the card today only to find that it had a pre-printed silver autograph on it! I guess that I can take partial blame for not asking. I just assumed that it was signed by the description and picture. Most other auctions on the site will tell you if it is pre-prined or not. I was lead to belive that it was authentic Usually, I just re-list the stuff that I don't want, but I don't think that I would get 20 credits for it let alone 200. I e-mailed the seller, explaining that I would just like to return the card and get my credits back. We'll see how it goes.

Big goose egg on the ttms this week. Thankfully, I received something cool from both swagbucks and Listia.

First off, I received a nice 6x9 signed pic of Internet model Tila Tequila. It took forever to save enough swagbucks for this one.

As far as Listia goes, I received a nice signed lot of cards. Cards of Colin Raye, William Christian, Randy Hillier, Dick Brodowski, Kevin Turner, and David Edwards grace the ol' mailbox today.

I do have one gripe about Listia though. At first, I was excited that more people were asking about the site. I thought that there would be more and a wider variety of autographs to bid on when more collectors joined. Instead, it's still the same people listing autographs with the new members buying credits to bid on auctions with, as opposed to earning the credits by selling thier unwanted stuff. It has really taken the fun out of it for me personally.

Okay here is a question to ask people you have a chance to meet in person and clear things up a little.

If you meet someone in person like I did this past weekend and have mailed them and gotten items returned just ask the following and have the items with you.

"Did you sign the pictures I have here and they will ask where did you get those just answer I mailed you through the mail and see if they verify they do sign them through the mail and then you know.

By the way I met Henry Winkler and Mimi Rogers this weekend and I have mailed them recently and have received the pictures back so I asked them and they both verified that they sign all of the items they receive through the mail.

So now you know at least two and so go forth and mail.

I got autographs from roy clark about a two week turnaround after a third try and after about a two year wait got a nice autograph letter and picture from melody thomas scott from young and the restless fame which was worth the wait!

I received TTM autographs from Bradley Cooper and Stana Katic. Stana was so cool. I sent a pretty long letter and no photos. She sent me back 2 autographed photos with a long inscription on one of them. She's awesome!

Oh and yesterday, I got TTM autographs from Jay Leno, Frances Bay, and Catherine Taber. The 8X10 I sent Catherine of her Star Wars character arrived back bent. Thank you USPS! She was really nice and sent me 2 more smaller signed pics of her, too.

I've seen Stana on Castle. I saw her in Quantum Of Solace and The Spirit. I didn't realize until when I was writing her that it was all the same woman. She has that quality where you pay attention to her. She's talented and beautiful!

Haven't been on much this week. My semester is coming to a close so I've been busy finishing up stuff for classes. The only thing that I have as far as autographs is a signed card of former WWE champion and 2010 King of the Ring, Shaemus. I had him sign an Elimination Chamber insert card that contains a piece of event used mat.

finally received something in the mail today. Received another John Travolta, same photo from broken arrow thati got before but this time it was personalized to me. the finish was different from the last also. this one was not the high gloss like the others i have seen, this was a matt finish like you get from a portrait studio. not the less still a great signing.still waiting fro my robert redford to come.

I got a couple of nice Listia auctions today. First was a 1996 Leaf Signature Series card signed by , former Red Sox, Reggie Jefferson. Secondly, I got a 1999 Upper Deck Nascar Signature Collection card of Bobby Labonte!

I'm glad that these came as it looks like the celebrities that I have been writing to have stopped signing for the winter! LOL!

Boy, it keeps getting better and better! First, an in-person Phil Niekro signing event, and now 2 more autographs in the mail. The first one today was on of Hockey Hall of Famer, Ron Franics. Ron was truly an all-time great, scoring 549 goals and registering 1,249 assists, and a 2-time Stanley Cup champion with the Penguins. The second one was of former NFL wide receiver, Jacquez Green. I played against Jacquez in high school, and he was always a classy football player, from high school to the pros. He was a member of the Florida Gators National Championship team in 1996, and was a 1997 All-American wide receiver. He played 5 seasons in the NFL, and had 162 catches for 2,311 yards and 7 touchdowns while playing for the Buccaneers, Redskins, and Lions.

hohoho to me , i finally got some ttm's this week. i got another great John travolta, this is #2 this one is personalizzed to me, also received an autograph 8x10 and autographed auction guide from profiles in history, joe madellena from hollywood treasures, this is one of my new favorite tv shows. also i received back my jean stapelton i sent out about a month to month and a half ago. she signed my 4x6 i sent and also sent me a great 8x10 b/w of her personalized.

I got a nice lot of cards from Listia today. First I got a nice 3 card set of former Atlanta Falcon Mike Pritchard, Guy Bingham, and John Settle. Secondly was a nice 3 card lot of former New England Patriots Hart Lee Dykes,Kevin Turner, and Andre Tippet!

Hopefully ttms start rolling in by the New Year. Until then, I still git Listia!
