Olin Howlin (Howland) was in about a million B-movies and a few major ones...like a little film called Gone with the Wind.

Big in Sci-Fi.  He did at least two classics: The Blob and Them.

By the way, a couple of the other sigs appear to be Gary Cooper & Maurice Chevalier.
