Very nice! This book is so awesome to have signed. I hope Atwood signs the FDCs I sent her back in January.

It was the only item she wouldn't sign -- I had given it to a family member (and tucked it in with this copy), but she took one look at it and moved it aside. She had several FDCs being sold as auction items at the gala. Otherwise, she signed everything else put in front of her.

Hmmm. She wouldn't sign the FDCs in person? Hopefully only because they were for sale at the gala.

That’s interesting. Hopefully she signs them ttm and just didn’t in person due to the gala sale.

I presume she'll sign them normally -- I presume it was likely because of the tie-in to the items being sold at the event. I didn't even have much time to snap pics at the event -- just a few distant shots from my table before we all had to hurry over to the signing line.

I also ended up getting a copy of The Testaments signed -- I have two of the editions with the bound-in signature page, but wanted one signed on the title. AFAIK, I was one of only two people (the other being a woman who came in late and also had a copy of Testaments) who brought items to be signed at the event.

Very nice! Congrats on meeting her and getting items signed in person. Lucky you.
