It could be . The only tricky part is the "B" in Bronson . It doesnt look like his normal B. But the "ronson" looks like how he signs.

 

 

Compare your Sig to these Check examplers . I guess you would need to know the history behind the item . Was it obatained thru the mail or in person and where.

One problem with index cards is that most of those were sent to the person to be mailed back.  Often a secretary would handle those requests especially big ones like Bronson.  I do not think it is a forgery but it could be a secretarial signature.  The Charles looks ok.  I agree the "B" is the tricky part.  Checks are wonderful things to use as exemplars but some do signs checks a bit different that photographs etc.  Often the fan signed items are a bit more "theatrical."   So I would check around for authenticated examples of photographs and cards with special emphasis on the "B."
