I am pretty sure it is Price himself. His drawings were all a bit different the one on Brucato's site certainly is.

I have my grandmother‘s senior picture that was taken by Vincent Price, and developed in his lab with the invoice, signed by Vincent Price, if I knew where it was right off hand, I would post a picture of it, but he is one of my favorite actors and producers of all time.

Neat! As I recall, he bought his first Rembrandt at age 12. He was wonderful in The Whales of August as well as the usual suspects.
