Is it for sale?

Sorry, not for $500 or even $600. There is nothing quite comparable out there. Vintage studio still with vintage signature. Perfect placement and contrast too. Finally found the exact original still I was after:

And this from his daughter - House on Haunted Hill.

So it is or isn’t for sale?

Yes I like them it’s why I’m asking. I’ve just joined I thought it was where I can buy things genuine. But don’t see price listed for sale

Eric that is a terrific signed photograph and still.  Victoria Price is a dear lady.  Her biography of her father is one of the absolute best I have ever read.  She does not sugar coat things it is a very honest history of a remarkable man.  I bought this a few years ago on a whim.

That is really cool! But is that Vincent Price or Jack Barrymore?

Comment by Scott Paul on November 15, 2022 at 4:24pm

lol.  It was Vincent's self-drawing.  He actually did a fair number of them but not many on 8x11 art type paper.  Appears to me more were 4x6 cards.   I had a signed check of his but this was the first of these I had seen at that time.  Brucato still has one in his sold gallery it was a double one him facing right and left and on a 3x5 card if you can imagine!

Ok thanks. Love the one he’s holding skeleton. I have a crush on Vincent price :)

Hi Scott,

I know he did self portraits but he was also fond of drawing John Barrymore in profile and this seems in the middle! Below is Vincent by Vincent I believe. Quite different, no?
