This is likely Belushi's last known autograph before his untimely death. The provenance is strong. According to the May 13, 1982 issue of Rolling Stone, the article "John Belushi: Wrong Time, Wrong Place, Wrong People" talks about this very magazine cover and says that this autograph was signed just after midnight on the night before Belushi was found in his hotel the next morning.
