My apologies.
I took a friend to Richard Simmons studio in Beverly Hills for an aerobics class for her birthday Saturday—her idea, not mine.
She loved it! He dressed like a pirate, and was more off-the-wall that I had ever seen him on TV years ago. Like a bizarre drill sergeant, working the class to a sweat. After the class, which was PACKED, he took pictures with whoever wanted them, and danced with my friend.
He's not my cup of tea, but if you're a Richard Simmons fan and aren't a couch potato...you'll love it!
Well, isn't that crazy. One chalked up for the experience. Those doors remind me of either a '70s cruise ship or a junior high dance by the way.
P.S. - I've yet to meet the person whose cup of tea is Richard Simmons and also, I've never heard of a drill "sargent."
@Brick:
Ooopps--thanks for the heads-up on the spelling error. Fixed.
Thanks for the nightmares tonight Steve!
