No. My boyfriend and future husband were in a Winnipeg downtown park when Janice and her entourage strolled through before the evening concert. She was signing autographs and talking to people.
I've decided to hang onto it for now.
Saw her perform and she was amazing. I was really young but remembered her voice and presence. She died fairly soon after that, I was still in high school.
