In June 2006, my dad and I were able to meet the 9th generation line dog of the original dog to portray "Lassie" (Pal). This dog was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We got our photo taken with this dog, but due to the copyrighted "Lassie" name affixed to the e-mailed photo I received, i don't dare post that photo.
