This is fake.

It looks to be too fresh and in mint condition compared to setlists used at actual shows. I don't see any wear on this paper whatsoever. Usually setlists have some wear and sometimes even footprints from the musicians / stage crew who taped them to the floor.

I'm not sure about the signatures, but Kurt's been dead for over 20 years, and this paper doesn't seem to be 20 years old. Also, the blue K and what appears to be Kurt's K seem to be done by the same hand.
