Me, either. Got it many, many years ago circa 1985, around the time of Pink Houses. Heard he worked out of a little studio in Bloomington, Indiana. Wrote to him there and sure enough this showed up TTM a few months later. One of my favorite songs, one of my favorite artists and two relatively scarce full signatures.
