Picked this up for $3 today! Brought it to the counter of the record shop, and the counter guy was amazed/irked that someone had priced it so low, but he honored it. Comparing on the net, the signature looks to be real. Other than a split seam on the side, it's in pretty good shape, and if it winds up in a frame, that won't matter anyway.
