I feel like I am really getting to know Shatner's signature now. He was a handsome man when he was a younger chap. Interesting picture! That actress looks familiar.

Her name is Asa Maynor.  She played the Stewardess in “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet”.  That is the episode that the photo is from.
