Ah, and Sam- the value of this item is pretty high considering it truly is one of the last genuine items Freddie signed before passing away. Don't sell this for less than $1,200. It was a promo item as well. A very limited amount of these were signed. Others were printed. Many have been forged. Honestly, it's fair to ask $1,500.

Because all the printed ones look exactly the same....and the originals don't. The printed ones used a much more uniform and "clean" version of each signature. The Freddie on this item is neither clean nor uniform. But absolutely genuine.

Actually you will sell it for $2500 as Freddie only signed 25 of them.

Not so, Fran. Giancarlo believes 150 were signed on the Queen Mary for promo by the band. I've also heard there were many more than 25 signed as well.

In 15 years I've seen less than 10 for sale. If they had signed 150, we would have seen much more than 7 on sale. I would ask for $3000 on ebay. I'm sure it would be sold. There's someone called queenmuseum that knows much more about this than your friend jeancarlo. Ask him.
