Name: Baldur
Surname: von Schirach
Baldur Benedikt von Schirach (Berlin, 9 March 1907 – Kröv-an-der-Mosel, 8 August 1974) was a German politician. He was one of the Nazi leaders at the head of the Hitler-Jugend (Hitler Youth) and, subsequently, Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter (Lieutenant of the Reich) of Vienna. His activities led to him being accused and indicted for crimes against humanity at the Nuremberg Trials. The German writer Ferdinand von Schirach is his nephew in direct line. The phrase he uttered "When I hear the word culture I reach for the gun" has remained iconic, often erroneously attributed to Goebbels
