To give you an idea of the rarity of Rubber Soul signed albums, only 2 are known, and both are Parlophone (UK) releases.

This one is from Capital Records, the US release, and no genuine signed ones are known.

With John Deceased by the end of 1980, It doesn't hurt to ask, what are the chances that all for men where around in the same room, with the same silver pen* ready and eager to sign big sexy "versions" of their signatures. those chances are extremely slim to none. I'm sorry, if its too good to be true... I would try and get your money back.
