The photo was likely was reproduced in quantity with the autograph, but it shouldn't be hard to find out. Join our UK Group and place your question and image in the comments. Someone's bound to be able to help you:

Welcome to Live! Do you want opinions on authenticity, or did you want help in choosing an authentication company? It's a piece that doesn't require independent authentication to sell it. If you just want to confirm it's likely Lipton's handwriting, you can probably get input here and save $50.
