I specialize in U.S. Political/Military History, American Cinema, Famous Musicians and Entertainers, and Well-Known Ohioans.

What are your favorite collecting groups, communities and clubs?

As I have "My Own Unique Style" I do everything by myself. That is, the researching, purchasing and preservation. Why share the fun?

Why do you want to join Autograph Live?

I have a great interest in collecting autographs, having done so since I was a young boy. Over the years, my collection has grown in sophistication, as I have advanced greatly. Now, I have a collection truly worthy of Autograph Magazine Live!

I joined on my own initiative.

What are your areas of interest?

Classic Hollywood and Stage, History/Politics, Space/Aviation/Military, Books/Literature

Why do you collect?

I like the idea of having something signed by the hand of a famous person. Each autograph represents a gift of a few seconds of life to the recipient. In essence, their autograph is evidence of one split second of that famous person's life when for that moment they did nothing but pen that signature.

What is your favorite autograph in your collection?

I have a signed photo of General Douglas MacArthur. It was obtained by my father, who had it professionally framed with a light. He kept in on his wall for fifty years until his death in 2005. It was his prized possession and a family heirloom.

You can ask anyone living or dead for their autograph. Who would it be?

I would want to have met General MacArthur, just like my dad wanted to do, but never was able to.
