Looking to ask questions about authenticity of a few sigs I own and one particular Ruth/Gehrig I’m attempting to buy. Searched the topic and this site came up.

Why do you collect?

Started in sports cards and got my first Auto from my dad. 1942 signed Cardinals team ball. Been hooked ever since. Around 37 years now very serious for 25 years.

What is your favorite autograph in your collection?

1942 World Series baseball signed by both teams. Includes 7 HOF’s including DiMaggio, Dickey, Ruffing, Rizzuto, Gomez, Musial, Slaughter. Most importantly it’s signed by my great uncle Jimmy Brown, who played 2nd base primarily.
