I Tried having upper deck look up the cert which is on the photo with matching cert number on the upperdeck coa card, and upperdeck can not authenticate the item in their data base. Could anyone give an opinon on authenticity? Also is it possible for someone to tamper with holograms on both picture and coa card and re stick them to another item? I…
