My personal elo collection.
Hi everyone as a new member id like to thank everyone for there help on a few items that i had purchased for my wife and as you could tell very nievely to.
My specialist field is the electric light orchestra of which i have been a fan and collector for over 30 years.I have many lovely collectables but here id thought id share a few items.Dedicated lps to myself from mik kaminski including some original strings that had played some of the bands favorite hits,bev bevan,and kelly allP1000951.JPG obtained in person.Iv a lovely signed jeff lynne nrw lp which was obtained in the states at a awards evening,also a cd signed by a members of the band that had played in the earlier years plus my favorite a fully signed face the music tour programme and ultra rare ticket.This programme was obtained by a guy reporting on the review of that evenings gig for the birmingham evening post news paper,kellys signature is nice as its in his full name which was common before 1978,after 78 kelly would have signed in the modern smiley manner which he styled right up to his sad passing. kelly dedicating this lp to myself only 8 weeks prior to his death.Hope you enjoy the pics if your a elo fan like me.

Hi richard thank you my friend and yes bevs is nice and so consistant throughout the years same with jeff.Iv got to know bev through his media work with radio and he is such a lovely chap and will sign anything for anybody with reason.Im trying to get hold of melyvn gale and hugh to dedicate a few lps for me.Mel is really tricky as he has distanced himself from the band for many a year and i get the feeling not to keen on autograph hunters!

Oh by the way richard iv a spare hardback copy of the bev bevan story signed although dedicated to me and a second signature to his picture on the authers page. One of the centre pages have detatched itself from the inner spine which is common if you have ever seen the book and how its put together..Lovely book though nr mint for its age.
