All American Collectables Baseballs

Hello All! I am in need of some advice! My sister purchased these baseballs and asked If I think they are authentic. I told her "I do not have a clue but I know who might" Any opinions?

the strawberry is authentic.  I do not know jay hooks signature, but I would be surprised if it were not authentic also
