Id say no . But would have it checked out . He hasnt signed much in the last few years. But wasnt that hard a in 90's and early 2000's. Here are few authentic ones. Ask Roger .

Yeah , its is very hard thing to do . Id seek out help from Roger. You can pay $15 to have it looked at. It is better to know. The value of Jagger is really high right now . If continues to not sign , it will be worth more as time goes by .
