Jane Russell passes away

 

Ms. Russell passed away today.  She was scheduled in a couple of weeks to appear at the Hollywood Autograph Show in Chicago in a couple of weeks.  I did luckily have a chance to meet her and get her autograph in Chicago in 2005.  She was a great person to talk to and a nice lady.

I met her several times at the Hollywood Show in North Hollywood.  Such a wonderful lady!

Jane truly was great with fans...a class act. You can't knock 89 good years, but it's sad to see her go.

Never had the chance to meet her, but got several TTM from her.

Unfortunately when I awoke on my B-Day I found out she died on the sameday. I've met her over ten times at various venues in the last decade... mostly at The Hollywood Collectors Show aka, now know as The Hollywood Show many times. You never know when people will pass away.
