Met Gilby Clarke of Guns n Roses on 5/3/13

He played for about an hour and a half. Some solo material, some cover tunes and some G n R too. All of it was great. He came out about 10 minutes after the show. He's really nice and down to earth he talked to us for about 15 minutes and signed a bunch of stuff and did photos with everyone. I had a bunch of stuff but I didn't want to overdue it so I just had a few items signed. Sadly he said their will probably never be a Guns box set or another DVD, not due to Axl but the record company. He also knew that Axl wont sign, if Slash has already signed your item. Can some one confirm this. Anyway he's great so go get him if you like.

Sometimes there is so much stuff in his face, or the signatures are hidden so he cannot see them and they do get signed, but if he has a good look at the piece and sees Slash it will probably get handed back to you..D

Comment by Ryan Mills on May 9, 2013 at 12:56am: Yeah I'm working a full band signed item. I already have Slash, Steven, Duff and Gilby on this one item so I will probably have to start over if I ever get to meet Axl. I too was going to buy an Axl from Jason if I can get the money together.
