Roger Epperson vs Cori Broswavic (Raiderman) Lawsuit Ends With Epperson Winning

I was just pulling thru some information on one of the blogs and came across this.

Felt it should be deserving of it's own blog.  Any Updates?

Roger said:

"In one of the emails used in court for damages Cori wrote that he had 15 names and would post on ripoff anytime I tried to defend myself.  That made everyone in the courtroom cringe."

This is the email Cori Broswavic sent Roger that he presented to the court. It made Broswavic's malice and intent to harm Roger crystal clear to the judge:

From: Raiderman

To: Roger Email

Subject: Rip off and todd

Keep a eye out.. we got 15 accounts, so every time you post, we can repost a new item on rip off and Todd is going to do a story EVERY day on you in his news section. GOOD NIGHT NURSE for you....

I am very glad to hear that you have won your case.  It is great news and I am happy for you.

@Cyrkin,   malice and intent Pashawww.....   All one had to do is look what they tried to do to both Sipe & Mysigner to assess what their true objective is.  Oh, btw you are a frequent target and perhaps it's long past time for you to take some action.   Then, to have this site promotoed by Xidas!  I find that the equivalent of supporting coach's corner auctions as being above reproach.  I can only hope those that are in process and those just starting to engage in both civil & criminal stay the course  ~  For the Real Love of the Hobby.

Is it promoted in AQ's latest issue? What does it say?

You have got to be kidding me X 2. Good ol' Samuel E. Xidas. Thank goodness he cares.

Brandon, I was so stunned by these comments it was tough to get the spelling down.  Since they are not under "oath" anyone can say anything but in my opinion it is a serious error of judgement by someone portending to be an editor.   If he is the editor, then I am the "unofficial ldr of the peanut gallery".  Wait a minute, I am already....  Maybe s/he is one of those 15 ficticous accounts that are allegedly attributed to Browavic.

@DB:

I just want to make sure I understand. Are you saying that Samuel Xidas printed in the magazine that he is the Samuel Xidas on ANL?

Comment by DB on May 24, 2011 at 12:47pm

That's an affirmative.

Comment by Steve Cyrkin, Admin on May 24, 2011 at 12:49pm
Well, if he's the ANL S.E.X. he's Kevin Martin. I can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Comment by DB on May 24, 2011 at 12:59pm

Interesting as whoever he is dedicates an entire paragraph to Kevin Martin.

"As for the well-known dealer, he also doesn't own this magazine, but he has always been the most prolific writer in our hobby and naturally wanted to write for us which we appreciate.  He also helps us gather worthy articles, (which he does free of charge because he too wants what is best of the hobby, so I'd like to say thank you to Mr. Martin and his company...."

What i find deceptive is claiming who ani't but yet any editor worth their salt wants to be known and not hide behind smoke and mirrors.  That is the most disturbing aspect of this and overall it takes away from the magazine.
