Roger Epperson vs Cori Broswavic (Raiderman) Lawsuit Ends With Epperson Winning

I was just pulling thru some information on one of the blogs and came across this.

Felt it should be deserving of it's own blog.  Any Updates?

Hi Brandon, please allow me to correct your spelling.  It's "genius" not "genious."

My goodness ( hope I got that right ) thanks for making my point so much more valid! I guess the old fingers don't hit the keys like they used to.

Oh wait, I mis-spelled a word by accident. I Must be Roger Epperson too. No, maybe I'm Cyrkin's other username.

Gracious me, the mystery continues.

after considerable discussion within the peanut gallery we can only come to one conclusion on who the real Samuel X., Eugene X, S Eugene or just call me Samuel is...   None other than Rich Uncle PennyBags..

But my ole pappy use to say, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like one ~ it's a duck.

Since I don't know Kevin Martin (however others apparently around here do) but if it is one and the same then why the cover-up; (Oh, and you "ain't" no Mark Twain) but I do know one thing that this "alleged" owner has bad taste in recommending a site purely based on smearing others or maybe he can't read.  Come to think of it maybe he didn't notice when Guerilla Face Moderator took down an entire smear thread and tried to rewrite it before getting caught or deletes a number of posts and sections and claims "spelling" especially when it doesn't suit their smear campaign.  Perhaps this "publisher" supports smear sites that publish the personal information on wives, mothers, address, phone numbers and so on soley to incite violence.

Then again, this "publisher" went to great lengths in a blog to express but I am EUGENE which makes you a charlatan at best if this information is correct.  Like Steve said "But if the publisher isn't using his real name, that's a very bad sign".

What's next?  endorsing A/Alert & Coach's Corner.

remember, Cori is the same person who has stated that "Chris Morales has never done anything wrong"

These people ARE standing behind Coaches Corner and Morales.  That makes me think that they obviously have some sort of interest in one or both parties.

Cori has company.

Vince Pupillo just got a $77,000+ default judgment against Bryan Slaven and Autograph Central (www.autographcentral.net, not .com).

Since Slaven couldn't be served the court ruled that nailing the lawsuit to his front door was good service.

I don't have a copy of the judgment yet, but it's comprised roughly of this:

  • $16,000 for forgeries he sold Vince (everything he sold Vince beyond the return period).
  • $5,000 for autographs Vince returned during the 30 day refund period that Slaven never paid him for.
  • $15,000 legal fees
  • $41,000 punitive damages.

Vince got a $21,000+ VISA chargeback against Autographs America for selling forgeries a couple years ago. Roger Epperson examined the autographs for Vince in both cases.

Someone may want to tell Bryan Slaven about the amount of the judgment. He probably hasn't heard yet.

Slaven settled the small claims case in Illinois where Chris Morales's expert testimony was thrown out. He gave the plaintiff a complete refund, because, as in this case, the exemplary damages (legal fees and court costs in that court) could have amounted to more than what the plaintiff paid for the forgeries.

There are a number of lawsuits on the horizon where they're asking for legal fees and punitive damages. And as happened here, being awarded several times the amount of actual damages where the court rules there's fraud against consumers is not uncommon.

A lot of people are about to get what they deserve.

BTW, Autograph Central was a major supplier to American Royal Arts, and is still a major supplier to Rock Star Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ. Plus many other places, I'm sure.

They apparently don't just sell signed memorabilia. ARA had an Eddie Van Halen Frankenstein guitar they claimed that Van Halen played on tour in 1981-2. Van Halen's people said it was an utter fraud--just a made up piece of junk. According to Jerry Gladstone, he got it from Bryan Slaven at Autograph Central.

I would shout out "lord have mercy!" but I'm still in my room of shame for suing and defeating Cori Raiderman the coward who shouted out big but was too broke and too much of a pu#@y to fight and back up his lies.  He snubbed me like a real man should!

Brandon ~  RE is too busy repenting and say his hail marys & acts of contrition but as soon as he is done with his novenas he may pop back in... but speaking of miracles it seems ANL is offline and wouldn't it be great if divine intervention hit the delete button!  Even for a short period of time it is so refreshing...

but speaking of refreshing @SC does this mean Morales is gonna now sue the Judge for defamation since he rebuked the credentials.  And are you sure that it was Roger Epperson examined the autographs for Vince in both cases as isn't he the one according to the unsavory Klown Posse that doesn't know diddly squat about authentication?

Their site is down?  I wonder if Samuel E. Xidas  stopped paying the bill?

Sites can crash for any number of reasons. If they don't have monitoring set up it can be hours before the owners find out.

I'm sure you will be blamed for that too.
