What do I do?

After speaking with several experienced collectors and telling me it’s forgery signature and sending my Kobe autograph jersey for a Beckett signature review the autograph came back “unlikely to pass fully authentication. The original “Authenticators” is a group called VSA . I bought this jersey almost 2 years from a store as a rookie mistake not knowing what PSA,Beckett,JSA,etc were . The Authenticators website is so sketchy compared to big name Authenticators websites. This is the website https://www.verifiedsignatureauthority.com

Any help is very helpful please help me get my money back it costed me $3,000 dollars and the company that sold me this is still is business.

There are no terms or anything at that scam site. All it does is match junk numbers with junk autos as if that does something. 2 years is a long time. What paperwork did you get with this? Post it all.

I know man has no contact info what so ever . Best I can do is probably go to my bank and get a copy of the amount I purchased the jersey for. I bought it at Sport Treasures.

Hmmm I don’t know I can go and probably purchase something small and look at the receipt? Sport treasures stores are filled with Michael Jordan,Kobe Bryant,Tom Brady, ect autograph pics for $500 and jerseys for $3-4k all authenticated by VSA and other unknown Authenticators. I have to put a stop to all that

You are operating on the terms that were in place then, not now.  They will likely have a different opinion. Don't buy more junk there and you most probably won't shut them down. I don't understand how you have no papers of any kind.

I know man all they really gave me was a receipt . It was almost 2 years ago I probably threw it away can’t really remember I’ll try looking for it .

If gone how will you prove you bought that example there? Suppose they say you switched it or something?

The frame still has the plastic and cardboard around it and has the sticker of the store .

Hmm. Have you strolled in and expressed "interest" in a similar item and got them to say something" like "it's all guaranteed" while taping on your phone, or just jumped in with, "Oh, thtat's great. Good to know. I bought this here as you can see, and..."? I don't expect you will get much out of them.

Na man I went in there asking for a price for Kobe Bryant, LBJ and Michael Jordan jerseys all authenticated by VSA and I think InPerson authentication and I asked if they were new Authenticators and the manager said that no that they been purchasing off them for about 3-4 years . Not much but that’s all I got from them
