I was going through old boxes of stuff and I found this, it's a laminated piece of paper with what appears to be an autograph. It was with my brothers stuff and he used to really like baseball. I can't figure out who it is, or if it is even a baseball player. Anyone have any ideas?

I've spent WAY too much time on this.  :)

It looks like S(something) Mills, G(something) Mills, G/S (probably G) Tills.  The "T" is the troubling part. Would this have been likely to have been acquired in Kentucky?  I went back through Louisville's minor league rosters to 1990.  If so, it's a very good chance it was a visiting team player who never made it to the show.

I swear that's an "M". You can see where the pen leaves the paper on the updtroke. I don't get the "cross" though.  it's going to bug me.  Hopefully a fresh eye can help you out.

Good luck!

Yes I live in KY so there's a good chance that he got it here.
