Amazon have given a 10% refund. Disappointed by the damage to the cover but I’m not planning to sell. It’s staying in the family!"
"Amazon US tends to add any charges that are due at checkout, so always worth a look. They’ll estimate an import fee sometimes, depending on item, and will refund the difference if actual cost is lower.

What’s interesting is that it’s been shipped via Royal Mail and service says 48 hour delivery. So it may be coming from a UK warehouse much sooner than expected!"
