Hi, there is a site called http://www.fanmail.biz they may the address.  One thing to remember is often when mail goes to a fan address the autograph received is often either autopen or secretarial.  If you get a reply to you might want to post it here some of the sports guys might know his signature.  I hope you will be able to get one.
