With this Kind of signature nobody can say for sure. I got him in Person end of february and the one I got was even simpler then this.

can you get any information on where and when it was signed?

it was signed in México, when Noel was going to play in Vive Latino 2018, it was signed outside of the hotel where he stayed, that's what I know
