The area of concern for me was the C. He is much more consistent extending the C now but he wasn't always and this is the reason I asked for the year because I was thinking early 90's. I'm not an expert but I think the signature is authentic.

Elton Schiller was a former dodgers and padres executive 

a buy on eBay bought his collection from his daughter and is selling the pieces one by one.    Doesn’t mean it couldn’t be fake.    That’s just the story.   I am amateur.  But it looked like one I saw on PSA website and the previous post by tanner looks the same
