Otis Redding authenticity opinions

Here is one of the jewels of my collection, at least until I start seeing opinions on the authenticity of the item. I obtained in from r&r auctions many years ago and hav felt good about it, but haven't seen many examples over the years. What do you all think of it?

The signature is on the back of the New Years' Eve Fillmore poster. Otis show was December 20, 21 &22, 1966. Bill Graham would give away a poster of the next show, which was the following weekend. It is also personalized to 'Denise' and signed by saxophonist Robert Holloway (signed as Bob Holloway) and noted 'with the Otis Redding Show'.

This poster came into my possession in 1985 as part of a collection obtained from a San Francisco resident by an associate. I am certain it is genuine.
