Reliable? User on ebay

hello everyone, this is my first message here. it is a pleasure to have found this forum. I leave this message to see if anyone has references from this EBay seller.

for me there are suspicious things and that is why I cannot trust myself: the username has just changed (until yesterday it was “Antonio_Auto), the location is Latvia but the shipment seems to be from the USA… what do you think?
