After speaking with several experienced collectors and telling me it’s forgery signature and sending my Kobe autograph jersey for a Beckett signature review the autograph came back “unlikely to pass fully authentication. The original “Authenticators” is a group called VSA . I bought this jersey almost 2 years from a store as a rookie mistake not knowing what PSA,Beckett,JSA,etc were . The Authenticators website is so sketchy compared to big name Authenticators websites. This is the website https://www.verifiedsignatureauthority.com

Any help is very helpful please help me get my money back it costed me $3,000 dollars and the company that sold me this is still is business.

Perhaps someone else can help. You don't seem to know if this store stands behind what they sell.

Submit your Jersey to PSA and get a rejection on record. Take them to court. That is likely your best route at this point in time. Maybe get a lawyer to send them a letter demanding a refund.

Hmm. That's about it I guess. Good ideas Joe!

Downside. It will cost some money. Time. No guarantee of success. But, if they are still in business they may want to avoid the publicity. Talk to an attorney first.

Joe has the best advice.  You've waited 2 years and that is unfortunately going to go against you.  You have no documentation.  Lawyer is your first step, maybe emailing a newspaper or tv station to do a story on this company and the fraud it is producing.  Have you tried contacting their home offices?  It is going to be an uphill battle.  But if determined, do not stop your fight until you can get your money back.  I looked on their outdated website and "All items carried are guaranteed authentic and direct from the manufacturers"

It took me 5 mins of research to find this information that they guarantee their products.  You need to start digging in on this company hard.  The information is there for you.  Also it would not be bad if you can print your statements from 2 years ago when your purchased this item.  But like I said it's been over 2 years and they could have a refund window.  Since you do not have a receipt you have no way to prove a refund window from 2019.  I seriously wish you good luck.

I had something similar happen not with autographing but bulk buying from a company in Mexico.  It was a pain in the neck but I finally got all the money owed to me and than some.

There’s not much I can find I’ve looked up Yelp reviews and there social media and can’t find anything. They are a sports store that mostly sells jerseys, hats, banners and then they have a small section of sport memorabilia . I’ll try to find the receipt should be somewhere hopefully if not I’ll take joes advice and look for a lawyer . Should I contact the store at all ? Thanks again everyone for the help

Don't contact the store until you have as much information as possible.

I am familiar with this company.  I have never been a customer.  But tonight I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping and what do I see in the mall.  I see this store, so I walked in and went straight to their very small autograph section.  From my eyes, I could tell it was all junk.
