If you've ordered at Universal Germany or Bravado (same shop), there's often a refund message from the credit card compagny, then card charged again, refunded again, .... That doesn't mean the order has been cancelled (except if it's marked in your account) I think it's because they only charge the card definitivly when they are sending out the order. So I hope that's also the case for your order.
