Those are printed on...and the printed signatures are those by Neil Aspinall. This was the centerfold picture of The Beatles taken in July 1963...and it's from a Lancer paperback book on The Beatles called "The Beatle Book" from early 1964.

Yes, sorry, this was just taped at the back of the picture frame, probably to indicate from which magazine the pictures were cut. The signatures in question are the ones on the red background, but as I read they do not seem genuine neither
