Hi: I have had a signed photo of John Wayne taken in 1944-1945 while he visited US troops in the South Pacific. My father took the picture. I mailed the Duke a letter along with an enlarged copy of the original photograph. He signed the photograph on the back and inscribed Stay Happy&Healthy, John Wayne 1978
