Looking for opinions on Rice autographed cleats

I have a person that wants to trade me the cleats. It's a good deal if I think they are legit, but I don't trust the COA. I would have to get it re-certified, but just wanted opinions on the autos. Thanks!

I have gotten Jerry Rice in-person on a couple occasions and comparrison from my known authentic samples, I think your ok.
